How do I post a job?
Log in to your account and click "Post a Job" from the home page or dashboard. Fill in the job details, category, and budget, then submit. Helpers in your area will be able to apply.
How do I become a helper?
Go to your profile page and click "Become a Helper." Fill out your helper profile with your skills, availability, and hourly rate. Once submitted, you can start applying to local jobs.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. When a job is completed, funds are released to the helper's account. Ensemblify charges a small platform fee to keep the service running.
Which areas does Ensemblify serve?
Ensemblify currently serves Danville, San Ramon, Blackhawk, Alamo, and Diablo, California.
How do I report a problem with a user?
You can report any user or message directly from within the app. Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action to keep the community safe.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, email us at support@ensemblify.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we will process your request within 5 business days.
